Rockridge: Land Use Committee To Revisit Housing Study Schedule

This Wednesday's (on-line) monthly land use committee meeting will discuss the current status of the Rockridge Housing Study and consider recommendations to the Board of Directors on a future pathway for that study. The study, which began over two years ago, intends to provide the community with information about how Rockridge might best address the need for more housing in our community, and in the City of Oakland. The discussion will focus on the current status of the study and how the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic may be disrupting assumptions that underlie the study's methodology. Discussion will be on a Zoom meeting, with opportunity for the public to attend and provide comments. Please send an email to landuse@rockridge.org to obtain a link to the meeting.
