Smell Something Funny, Rockridge?
An overnight fire at an Oakland marijuana grow operation filled the skies with scented smoke.

A fire early this morning burned an Oakland warehouse where marijuana was being legally grown, fire officials said.
Fire crews received reports of the fire at 2:16 a.m. and responded to the warehouse at 950 89th Ave.
It took until 3:16 a.m. to get the fire under control. The warehouse was being used as a legal marijuana grow operation, according to the fire department.
While the lights used to grow marijuana indoors could have contributed to sparking the fire, the cause remains under investigation, fire officials said.
