Visions for Vacancies: Former Brass and Glass

The former Brass and Glass space has been vacant since mid-last year.  We would like to know what you would like to see here.

This space is located at 5377 College Ave. near Manila Avenue and next to Loot Aniques. It was previously Brass and Glass, a bed and furniture store.  This space has about 1,600 sq. ft.

One Medical, a doctor’s office, was interested in this space but it appears they will be denied by the Planning Board. This space is currently zoned for retail but that could be changed if the Planning Board approves.

We would like to know what you would like to see here.
