Visions for Vacancies: Former Miam Miam Lounge

Miam Miam Lounge closed about a month ago and we would like to know what you would like to see in this space.

This space is located at 5856 College Ave at the corner of Chabot Rd.  I spoke with the broker to get an update.  Several businesses are considering this space, but he wasn’t able to share the stage they’re at.  He said the businesses that are interested are in the personal services category.  He couldn’t be too specific but did confirm something like a massage therapist or nail salon when I asked.  He’s open to any type of business but prefers retail, then services, and lastly restaurants. Also, the space has 1500 sq. ft.
