Visions for Vacancies: Former Multiple Threads

The former Multiple Threads at 5330 College Ave. remains vacant, and we’d like to know what kind of business you’d prefer to have in this part of Rockridge.  

This space is near the corner of Bryant Avenue, close to Broadway. The three-story building has offices and apartments on the second and third floors and is next door to an upscale waxing and bronzing salon. Professional service providers, including realtors, a veterinary hospital, a clinic and law offices, are prevalent on this stretch of College Avenue, which is also dotted with a few restaurants.
