Visions for Vacancies: Space Next to the AAA
What would you like to see fill the vacancy next to the AAA office?
In the same parking lot where Safeway is located in the Rockridge Shopping Center there’s a brand new retail space next to the AAA. We would like to know what you would like to see here.
The address is 1982 Pleasant Valley Avenue. Although it shares the parking lot with the Rockridge Shopping Center, which will most likely be under construction soon, this building is separate from that proposal and will not be part of that redevelopment project.
AAA is currently in this building and Jamba Juice is coming soon. That leaves about 1200 square feet remaining. There’s a patio for outside seating so this could be suitable for a restaurant or eatery.
