OAKLAND, CA - A woman who was shot in the back in East Oakland Thursday afternoon is in stable condition, according to police.
The shooting was reported at 2:54 p.m. in the 1700 block of Seminary Avenue near International Boulevard.
The victim may have been uncooperative with investigators, police said, but she appears to have been shot one time in the back.
