SONOMA COUNTY, CA — Santa Rosa Junior College’s Santa Rosa campus is closed due to a PG&E power outage.
College officials announced the closing after the outage disrupted campus operations.
Although some buildings on the Santa Rosa campus still have electricity, SRJC instructed employees who are able to work remotely to do so for the day.
The outage affects only the Santa Rosa campus. Employees at SRJC’s other locations should report to work and continue normal operations as scheduled, according to an alert on social media.
Officials have not announced when power will be fully restored or when the Santa Rosa campus will reopen.
