Officers found the woman after someone reported her sitting inside a parked vehicle possibly using inhalants.
When officers arrived, they found the woman in the driver's seat with a large canister they suspected contained nitrous oxide, commonly known as a "whip-it," in plain view on the front passenger side, according to police.
A search of the vehicle uncovered 11 more nitrous oxide containers inside a suitcase behind the driver's seat.
Police arrested the woman and booked her into jail on suspicion of possessing nitrous oxide for the purpose of inhalation.
Authorities did not immediately release the woman's identity or additional details about the investigation.
