ROHNERT PARK-COTATI, CA — Jaxon's Sourdough Co. is holding the final farm stand at the Rohnert Park site as the home bakery prepares to move.
The bakery credited customers who stopped by its farm stand, shared its posts, told friends about the business, placed orders, and repeatedly bought out its baked goods with helping turn the home bakery into something special for the family.
"With our move coming up soon, this will most likely be our LAST farm stand at our Rohnert Park location!" Jaxon's owner Alycia Drew wrote in a Facebook post.
The first 25 customers at the stand will receive a special gift from the bakery as a thank-you for their support.
The last day in Rohnert Park is Sept. 12, Drew said. But the move will not end the bakery's farm stand operations.
Jaxon's will reopen in Windsor. Drew said she will announce the new address once the location is final.
The farm stand is at 7659 Adrian Drive in Rohnert Park and will operate from 10:30 a.m. until sundown, or until it sells out on Sept. 12. Customers can also pre-order to make sure items do not sell out before they arrive.
The bakery also plans to open holiday pre-orders and offer delivery to Rohnert Park for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
"This isn't goodbye — just the beginning of a new chapter for us," Drew wrote.
She said she will post information about the new farm stand location, holiday pre-orders, delivery dates, and other updates on the bakery's Facebook page.
"We love you, Rohnert Park," Drew said on the site. "Thank you for making this little stand so much more than just a stand."
