• Rosemont shooting victim identified; standoff suspect booked (fox40.com) — A man was fatally shot inside a Rosemont home last week, and deputies say the incident led to a tense, hours-long standoff before they safely evacuated six people and arrested the suspect. Authorities have now identified the victim as 54-year-old Eric David Arras of Sacramento and booked 36-year-old Angela Feliciana Titman into the Sacramento County Main Jail on murder and assault charges.
