Home Energy Retrofits with CHERP @ Sylvan Oaks (Adult)

Community Home Energy Retrofit Project (CHERP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to teaching homeowners about a wide range of energy-efficient upgrades that qualify for utility rebates from PG&E and SMUD to help them reduce the overall cost of energy-efficient improvements. Local Citrus Heights resident Jack Frost will explain in detail how a CHERP retrofit reduced his monthly utility costs by over 87% how he received over $8 600 in combined rebates from SMUD & PG&E and $6 000 from a 30% federal tax credit for solar and increased his home value.
