This was the 7th annual running of the "No Excuses" race. It takes place in Land Park. The scenery is pure Sacramento. The course is fast and flat. The race has a nice mix of runners and walkers and a very friendly and fun feel. We got cotton T-shirts with a fun logo and a list of "excuses" on the back. Not much swag at this race but a nice plate of food was waiting for us when we finished. My time was 41:55. Next week's race is the SPCA Doggy Dash in Land Park.
