Depot Park Hires New Site Manager and Leasing Administrator

Sacramento’s Depot Park has just hired Ron Parietti as its Site Manager and Janeen Kimbriel as a leasing and accounting administrator. Both will work to manage Depot Park’s 300-acre complex that is home to 3 million square feet of workspace suitable for warehouses, trucking, call centers, data centers and general office space. Beyond managing and overseeing day-to-day operations at Depot Park, both will work to bring new tenants to Sacramento’s only secure business park.

Parietti has more than 20 years of sales experience within the construction industry and has a proven record of success in developing solutions that enhance performance and growth. Working in the construction industry has given him a unique perspective on leasing and the skills needed to drive quality control; design and execute policies, processes and systems; capture new accounts and grow existing accounts; and deliver excellent customer service.  These skills will all help Parietti as he works with current tenants and meets with prospective tenants interested in the varied workspaces, facilities and amenities that Depot Park has to offer. Parietti is active in the community, he has coached for El Dorado Hills Youth Lacrosse and Granite Bay Youth Lacrosse; he is the current head coach for Jesuit High School’s Varsity Lacrosse team.

Kimbriel has worked in Sacramento’s property management industry since 1990. With her experience in customer service, sales, education, purchasing, inventory, shipping and forecasting, Kimbriel has learned to develop and maintain relationships at every level, resolve issues quickly and balance customer desires with their expectations. At Depot Park, Kimbriel will support Parietti as both work to meet tenant needs and actively seek to bring new tenants to Sacramento and Depot Park.
