Is it a sign of our times? Businesses such as gas stations, grocery stores, banks, restaurants and so many other types of businesses in our area and the surrounding areas seem to be losing sight of what doing good business means?
Have businesses forgotten how? Or is it just that they think you can continue to do business as usual and not give their staff a check up or tune up so to speak? When business owners do NOT hold their staff accountable for their actions, yet continue to pay them a salary, what do they learn? Nothing at all! Something just doesn't seem right with this ideology.
I know if I was a business owner, they would be out the door. There are so many good people out there wanting to work, vying for jobs. Father's, Mother's, teenager's that would be willing to work hard for a company and show pride.

I could personally give you three major examples of doing bad business right here in Rosemont. And I know that recently I have personally noticed a decline in good business sense. Appropriate customer care, service, and even conflict resolution, which all are very important. Hygiene, appearance and self awareness of how they are promoting your business should be important to you!
