Capital Christian Athletes Make All-League

Athletes from several Capital Christian High School teams have made all-league lists, including a handful of MVPs.

Kara Ashmore, MVP; Milan James and Meagan Blackstad, all-league.

Girls cross country

Kayleigh Bates, all-league.
