Crime Log: Robbery at Gunpoint
A man was robbed at gunpoint, and another had his car stolen after being hit in the face and head with a gun, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.

Man Robbed at Gunpoint
August 23, 10:15 p.m.
A man was held at gunpoint and robbed of his cell phone, while the suspect remains on the loose. The suspect – described as a black male adult, around 24 to 25 years old, 5'10" and 175 pounds – approached the victim at Kiefer Boulevard and Autumnwood Drive where he pointed a gun at him, demanded property and stole his cell phone. The victim and suspect walked away from each other following the incident.

Man's Car Stolen After Being Hit in Face and Head with Gun
August 24, 7:45 p.m.
A man was repeatedly hit in the head and face with a gun and had his car stolen by the suspect, who is an acquaintance of the victim. The suspect – described as a black male adult, 26 to 27 years old, 6'2" and 230 pounds – entered the victim's vehicle at 4213 Frizell Ave., produced a hand gun and hit the victim with it numerous times in the head and face, causing injuries. The victim then got out of his vehicle, which the suspect proceeded to drive southbound. The Sacramento Metro Fire Department responded, but the victim refused medical treatment.
