Drug Bust Made in Norcade Alley
One person was arrested and two were cited on Saturday.

Authorities found a trio of people with codeine, methamphetamine and drug paraphanelia just outside of Rosemont over the weekend, according to a Sacramento County Sheriff's Department crime log.
Diane Bailey, 58, was arrested on drug charges, while 47-year-old Dana Goodman and 61-year-old Jimmie Rogers were cited on misdemeanor drug paraphanelia charges.
They were discovered when someone reported "a suspicious vehicle parked in an alley behind a residence" on Norcade Circle, according to the crime log. When authorities arrived, they smelled what they suspected was burnt marijuana, the department said.
