Avington was arrested on a domestic violence charge, and was released from custody Friday, according to sheriff’s department records.

Man arrested for warrant, friend allegedly tries to flee
As a man was being arrested Wednesday morning near Manlove Road and Montoya Street, another passenger in the car he had been in bailed and took off running, the sheriff’s department said.
The first man, 23-year-old Jordan Saputo, was being arrested for an outstanding warrant from Placer County.
His friend, 24-year-old Forrest Beeman, allegedly gave someone else’s name when the pair was stopped. In reality, he had two separate warrants out for his arrest: a felony charge from Humboldt County and a felony charge from Lake County in Oregon. He was eventually found by K-9 officers.
Deputies also found a handgun in the car not registered to either man; Saputo was also found to be carrying bullets matching the ones in the car, according to the crime log.
Saputo is being held on $20,000 bail at the Sacramento County Main Jail on a felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon not registered to him.
Beeman is also being there, on four felony charges: burglary, impersonation, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and a charge of being a fugitive in another state. He is ineligible for bail.
Both are due in court on Monday.
