Is Payless ShoeSource Leaving Rosemont?

Rosemont may lose another business after the holiday season, although official sources won't comment.

An employee at , located in Rosemont Plaza, said the store would close after the holidays but declined to give her name. She declined to comment after being told Rosemont Patch would be writing an article about the closure.

That same employee later said the store's manager would also decline to comment.

Mardi Larson, a Payless ShoeSource corporate spokeswoman, also declined to comment.

"Cody, so sorry, but our policy does not allow us to speak to the local store activity such as lease agreements, relocations, closings, etc.," Larson said in an email.

Rosemont Plaza has also seen the this year.
