Last Chance: Register To Vote Today

Today, Monday May 21, is the last day to register to vote in the June 5 primary .

The Sacramento County Elections Office says you must be registered to vote 15 days prior to an election.

Voters need to re-register when they move, change their name or change their political party affiliation.

Voter registration cards are available at county election offices, and the Department of Motor Vehicles, or at www.sos.ca.gov/nvrc/fedform.  In Rosemont, you can stop at the post office at 9500 Kiefer Boulevard to pick up a voter registration card.
