Man Accused of Rape; Arrests Made for Alleged Bicycle Theft
The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department reports three recent arrests in Rosemont.

A 54-year-old man was arrested late Friday on suspicion of raping his ex-girlfriend at her Rosemont home, according to a recent crime log from the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.
According to the crime log, Donny Ray Bryant forced his way through his ex-girlfriend's window Friday night. The two struggled, and Bryant raped her, the crime log states. The two have had an on-and-off relationship over the past 10 years, and the woman has a restraining order against Bryant, the department said.
Bryant is currently being held at the Sacramento County Main Jail on felony charges of rape, burglary and domestic violence, as well as a misdemeanor charge of violating a court order. He is being held on $205,000 bail, and is due in court Tuesday afternoon.

Two 17-year-old boys were arrested Wednesday afternoon after allegedly stealing bicycles from younger boys in front of a Kiefer Boulevard convenience store.
According to the sheriff's department, two boys were shopping at TS Market, 9408 Kiefer Blvd., while a third watched their bicycles outside. The third boy was approached by two 17-year-olds, who allegedly overpowered him and took two of the bicycles.

A father of one of the victims found one of the suspects riding his son's bicycle nearby, and was able to get it back, the department said.
Another of the victims found the other suspect riding his bicycle, but the 17-year-old allegedly said he wouldn't return it unless the younger boy forked over some cash.
Both of the 17-year-olds were arrested and taken to juvenile hall, the crime log states.
