Come explore yoga and meditation with the library! Using yoga handbooks for kids and beginners and guided meditation, children ages 6-12 will learn some basic yoga poses, breathing, meditation techniques, and other components of yoga. This program will focus on the exercise and de-stress aspects of yoga, and participants are recommended to come in clothes they can move and stretch in (not jeans). Please note: Participants will be required to sign a Release of Responsibility form at the beginning of the program. This is a free program hosted by the Franklin Community Library.
