McDonald's Fight Sends One to Hospital, One to Jail
The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department reports two recent arrests in the Rosemont area.

Two 68-year-old men fought at the McDonald's on Bradshaw Road Saturday, leaving one hospitalized and one jailed, according to a Sacramento County Sheriff's Department crime log.
When deputies arrived at the restaurant Saturday morning, they found a man lying unresponsive on the ground. Witnesses told the deputies they had seen a second man kicking and stomping the man's neck and head, the crime log states.
The victim was taken to a local hospital.

Deputies later found and arrested 68-year-old Kyung Ryul Choi, a known acquaintance of the victim. Choi is currently being held at the Sacramento County Main Jail on a felony assault charge. His bail is set at $50,000 and he is next due in court Tuesday afternoon.
Deputies find stolen items before they're reported missing
A 20-year-old man was arrested Thursday after authorities found him with what they say were items that were stolen but hadn't been reported yet.

Deputies were called to the Texaco Station on Bradshaw Road for a report of a suspicious vehicle, and found three cars and five people together. All five were detained, and one was found with a driver's license and credit card that didn't belong to him, according to the crime log. His car was searched and authorities found other items taken in a vehicle burglary that had happened earlier in the day but hadn't been reported yet, according to the crime log. The victim of the burglary was able to describe the missing items to deputies, the department said.
Arturo Ibarra was arrested on burglary and theft charges, but posted bail the next day. Ibarra is currently on probation, according to Sacramento County court records.
