Poll: Ace Hardware Closed; Could it Have Improved?

Rosemont residents looking to do some home improvement work will need to drive a little farther to get supplies: The store on Kiefer Boulevard is now closed.
Thursday afternoon, large sheets of butcher paper marked "business is closed" covered the windows and doors of the store. Its trademark sidewalk displays were nowhere to be seen.
Ace Hardware had been holding a half-off liquidation sale, but managers repeatedly declined to say why or if the store would be relocating or closing. Patch reporters made multiple inquiries to the store's management, but no information was provided.
