Princeton Softball Does Pre-Game Workout at Rosemont HS

A college softball team from 2,800 miles away made a stop at to practice Monday.

Rosemont High School Athletic Director Bill Kapp said Princeton University's softball team was practicing before its Tuesday game against UC Berkeley.

"Their coach gave me a call," Kapp said by phone. "I know him from ASA (Amateur Softball Association of America)."

Kapp said the visit was a rare opportunity for the lady Wolverines to watch a D-I college team practice.

"It looked just like our practice," he said.
