
A local little league group is making an appeal to the community for volunteers.
"Rosemont Little League needs your help," the organization said on its Facebook page this week. "We are run by volunteers and have little to no funding to make improvements to our property. Because RLL is a huge part of the Rosemont community we are reaching out for donations of time and supplies for repairs to our dugout roofs, plumbing and painting."
Board President Tina Klostermann said several repairs are needed at the small snack bar property owned by the little league near .

"The snack bar drain looks clogged," she said in an email. "There is a huge puddle around the drain. The dugout roofs need to be redone. The snack shack needs to be painted."
The group plans to hold a field preparation day in March, but doesn't have a work day planned for these repairs. The organization is asking any interested volunteers to contact rosemontlittleleague@gmail.com.
