I do not know why the other two reviews are bad, I have lived here since April of 2013 and it's great. It is a smaller size complex and the grounds are kept up. As a single mother, I feel safe here. Everyone is friendly but not in your business. On-site maintenance even came to re light my pilot light on a holiday weekend. The property manager, Amber is real friendly. When she is here, I see her chatting with the neighbors. It does not feel like some places where the busybody knows everything. She is not like that and I have NEVER had any concerns about being shorted or keeping track with rent receipts. I would definitely recommend Colonial Village Apartments.
