American Pacific Mortgage Announces New Area Manager of Northern California

American Pacific Mortgage (APM), one of the nation’s leading full-service lending and branching companies, announces the appointment of Christina McDonald to Area Manager of Northern California.
As Area Manager of Northern California, McDonald will manage and expand APM retail and corporate branches. Responsibilities include leadership and management of branch operations to ensure efficiency and production, strategic selection of high producing branch managers within key locations to expand APM within the area, and creating partnerships within the industry to expand APM’s network of realtors, appraisal companies and escrow offices.
“McDonald brings 12 years of industry experience to American Pacific Mortgage,” stated, Leif A. Boyd, senior vice of production at APM. “Her leadership and management skills will foster a thriving environment to successfully expand market share within the industry.”
McDonald and her team will roll out several new programs including Keys on Time, a program that guarantees loan closure on or before the close of escrow date; Lock and Buy, a program that locks a loan rate while the homeowner shops for a new home; Lock and List which locks the rate while selling a residence; and Lock and Build which secures the rate while the home is under construction.
McDonald is the current vice president and the immediate past president of the East Bay California Association of Mortgage Professionals and an active member of the California Mortgage Bankers Association. She resides in the Bay Area with her family and enjoys soaking up the rays at the beach, hiking and other outdoor activities.
