First Bank Financial Service Representative Recognized

First Bank’s Cathi Ruff received the Volunteer of the Year Award during the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce 2012
Business Excellence Awards event on Saturday, Jan. 5.

Ruff, a financial service representative at First Bank’s Lincoln Crossing branch (109 Ferrari Ranch Road), was
honored for her dedicated volunteer service as a chamber ambassador.

A lifelong Lincoln resident, Ruff previously earned a 2011 Ambassador of the Year award. She has more than 16
years of banking experience.

Ruff also volunteers for the Lighthouse Counseling and Family Resource Center and Saint Vincent de Paul,
providing budget and money management classes and one-on-one counseling for their clients.
