Founded in 1997, iGive.com has partnered with more than 950 online merchants, including Nike, Macy’s, Amazon.com and Home Depot, to help make a difference through shopping. Members of iGive can select their favorite charity and shop on the web while the merchant donates a portion of their purchase. iGive has helped donate millions of dollars to over 44,000 worthy causes chosen by shoppers.
Club Retro at the Family Church is one of the many causes that has benefited from this easy way to donate. Retro is a ministry of "The Family" church and sponsored by the Youth and Young Adult ministries of the Church, aiming to serve as a safe environment where believers and non-believers alike can come together in a safe environment and enjoy art and culture. In addition to their donation check, Club Retro at the Family Church was recently chosen as a winner of the iGive Dog Days sweepstakes, and will receive over $600 during the next year.
