That means that the 10,700 people who currently work for the national chain will lose their jobs, including those who work at the Roseville location. A Roseville Borders employee said he could not comment on the situation at the store level, but was aware of the news. The Borders in Roseville is one of the largest businesses in the Rocky Ridge Town Center.  Borders is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, home of the University of Michigan.
