There are so many family-friendly free events coming up that the City is either hosting or co-sponsoring. Since I'm relatively new in town, I'm excited to be able to attend and be a part of so much that is happening.
First off, did you attend the Northern California Storybook & Literature Festival last Saturday? My last thank you for this event is to all the volunteers and attendees for helping us celebrate books and reading.
This Saturday is the at . It looks like there is going to be some great entertainment including live animals like an alligator and python at Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom booth. Also at the event is great art and craft activities for the whole family, a hybrid vehicle show and tasty treats. You can read more about Earth Day or at the City's website at www.roseville.ca.us/earthday.

I hear this is a great event for the whole family and that the Indian tacos and crafts for sale are amazing. I hope to see you there!
