Has inventory returned to the residential market?

As the title asks the all important question "When will Roseville see more residential homes for sale?"  The answer is NOW. 

Believe it or not, the number of homes for sale, outnumbered the number of homes sold for the first time since November 2012.

In January of this year, there were 175 new listings on the MLS, and just 118 sales.  That will create a peace for some buyers who have been giving it their all trying to grab a home during last years holiday season.
