What's Happening Around Highland Reserve?

Happy 2013 everyone!  With the onset of the new year, I thought I would bring light to the home sales activity in Roseville.  This edition focuses specifically on the Highland Reserve area.

Highland Reserve is the triangular shaped area located within the boundaries of Pleasant Grove, Washington Blv and Roseville Parkway.  As of today Jan 2, 2013 would you believe that there is only ONE home for sale listed on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). 

The cause is quite simple. . since October 1, 2012, 25 homes have sold in that neighborhood at the average sales price of $270,545.  However only 21 homes were listed for sale in that same time frame.

What this data shows is that if you were thinking of selling in the Highland Reserve area, there is great demand.
