Caution: Street Resurfacing Project to Disrupt Traffic
City to begin project next week, residents asked to check schedule of work in neighborhood.

Residential streets will be getting a makeover starting next week, and the process will likely disrupt traffic to and from homes, the City of Roseville stated in a letter.
A "cape seal" resurfacing treatment will be applied to streets, which is a combination of two treatments: a chip seal and a slurry seal.
The "chip seal" process shouldn't disrupt traffic too much, as the roads will remain open with parking restrictions, the city stated. This treatment is set to begin Tuesday, July 10.

The "slurry seal" process will likely affect residents much more, as the road will be closed with parking restrictions. That work is set to start Monday, July 16.
"No Parking" signs will be posted 48 hours before the work date, the city stated, and vehicles will not be allowed to be parked between 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.
