- Roseville Police arrested arrested 57-year-old James W. Bybee of Rocklin on suspicion of bank robbery on March 6. Authorities were called to the bank location around 9:45 a.m. with a report of a bank robbery. The suspect got away, but Roseville Police were able to identify his vehicle and trace it to an apartment complex in Rocklin, where they arrested the suspect, in coordination with Rocklin Police.
