Chamber's Splash Event Set for Sept. 8

The annual event features food and wine vendors and art. Tickets are available now.

Bring your appetite to the — more than 25 restaurants will hand out samples of their food and more than 27 wineries and breweries will provide wines, brews and spirits to taste-test. The event, held at the Roseville Aquatics Center, also features local artists and live entertainment.

Taking the stage will be "80z All Stars," and 80s cover band. Singing Inc. will also set up a karaoke lounge.

Guests will get to sample food from a number of Roseville-area eateries like Icing on the Cupcake, Crush 29, La Provence Restaurant & Terrace, Sushi Mon by Sky, Suede Blue, Nothing Bundt Cakes and Sports Page Restaurant & Bar. Local wineries and breweries include Roseville Brewing Company, Wise Villa Winery, Moniz Family Wines and Davis Dean Cellars.

Attendees will get the chance to vote for their favorite restaurants, wineries, breweries and the best decorated booth.

Offered again this year, Driver Please will be offering personal drivers for the Splash event for a small fee. Event attendees can sign-up to reserve a driver in advance, at driverplease.com, and the driver will arrive at the pre-arranged pick-up time to chauffeur the guest home in their own vehicle.  Rides can also be arranged upon arriving at the event.

Splash is sponsored by the Roseville Chamber of Commerce and the City of Roseville.  A portion of the proceeds from the event will be used to support at-risk youth within the community.
