City Of Roseville: Phasing Out Newspaper Recycling Bins November 1

Starting November 1, we are phasing out newspaper bins at all drop-off recycling locations in Roseville. Newspaper placed in your regular trash bin will still be sorted and recycled at the landfill. Bins to recycle cardboard will still be offered for pieces that don't fit into your trash and recycling bin at home.
