Copier Repair Service Jams Customers, BBB Warns

Better Business Bureau issued a press release today warning both consumers and businesses to be wary when doing business with Alpha Copier Service.

The company currently has eight complaints on file with BBB, seven of which are unanswered. The complaints allege that after paying the company upfront for services, Ray Perez, alleged owner of the company, fails to return to complete repairs.

In one case, a company paid Alpha Copier Service $1,700 to order and install a security system. “He took the money and said the systems were back ordered. Now… we are out of the $1,700 we paid for the security system that has not been delivered or installed.”
