Courage Run Granite Bay

COURAGE RUN GRANITE BAY 2014

Come out and join us for Granite Bay's most anticipated fitness event, the Courage Run, on Saturday, June 21, 2014.

This event starts and finishes at Granite Bay High School.  The 5K and 1/4 Mile Kids's Fun Run are back and we are excited to announce the addition of a 10K!

Whether you are a runner, a walker, or somewhere in-between, the Granite Bay Courage Run has something for you.   Come out and join your community in support of Courage Worldwide, an organization raising funds to rescue girls from trafficking.

WHAT DO WE HAVE FOR YOU?

  • 1/4 Mile Fun run (for kids 10 and under) – not timed, but they get an AWESOME shirt!
  • Disposable RFID Chip Timing for 5K/10K by our friends at A Change of Pace
  • All 5K and 10K registrants receive a technical fabric shirt – guaranteed ONLY if registered by June 6, 2014.
  • Awesome finisher’s medals for ALL 5K and 10K finishers
  • Bib personalization
  • Award medals for the top 3 finishers in each age group AND for the top three finishers overall.  Overall top finishers to do not qualify for top age group awards.
  • Post race refreshments for all runners/walkers, vendor booths
  • A PR Bell – are you planning to set a new personal record?  Then you should plan to ring our bell!
  • A warm and fuzzy feeling inside for helping rescue another girl from trafficking!

Registration is available online through June 17, 2014.  Early-bird fees through May 20; regular fees May 21 through June 17. Late registration available at Packet Pick Up on June 20 at Sports Authority Roseville and on race day on June 21.
