Catalytic Converter Thefts:

Overnight Aug. 30-31, someone stole the catalytic converter from a Toyota pickup parked in a driveway in the 1700 block of Quail Circle.
Between Aug. 31 and Sept. 1, someone stole the catalytic converter from a Toyota Tacoma pickup in the 1500 block of Sierra Gardens Drive.
Overnight Sept. 1-2, someone stole the catalytic converter from a Toyota 4Runner parked in a driveway on Harvard Court.
Sometime Sept. 1 or the morning of Sept. 2, someone stole a catalytic converter from a Toyota Tacoma pickup in the 100 block of Donner Avenue.
6 Car Break-ins Reported in E. Roseville Parkway Area
Six vehicle burglaries were reported in the East Roseville Parkway area this week during daytime hours at medical center parking lots, at the Park and Ride on Taylor Road, and at a movie theater parking lot on North Sunrise Avenue. Two men in a brown van were seen driving away from one of the burglarized cars.

Thursday, Aug. 23
At about 10:15 a.m. Aug. 23, someone stole a backpack-style leaf blower and trimmer from the back of a landscaper's pickup parked on Trolleybell Court.
Monday, Aug. 27
Between 9:50 p.m. Aug. 27 and 6:30 a.m. Aug. 28, someone broke the window of a car parked in the 300 block of North Sunrise and took a wallet containing cash and ID cards, and an infant car seat.
Overnight Aug. 27-28, someone broke the window of a car parked in the 1400 block of Southwood Way. It's unknown what, if anything was taken.
Wednesday, Aug. 29
Sometime overnight Aug. 29-30, someone rummaged through an unlocked vehicle in the 400 block of Diamond Oaks Road, stealing a DVD player and a Nintendo DS player.
Thursday, Aug. 30
Between 9:50 p.m. and midnight Aug. 30, someone smashed the windows of three vehicles in the 1500 block of Eureka Road and the 300 block of North Sunrise Avenue, taking a wallet containing cash and bank cards, an iPod, clothing and other items.
Friday, Aug. 31
A vehicle parked on Chappelle Drive was burglarized during the early morning hours of Aug. 31. Camera equipment was taken.
At about 11:30 p.m. Aug. 31, someone rummaged through two unlocked vehicles in a driveway in the 1600 block of Goldstar Street, taking sunglasses and an iPod charging cable. The suspect seen on home surveillance video appeared to be a white male in his early 20s, 5'8" tall and 160 pounds, with short hair. He was wearing a flat-brimmed baseball cap, a T-shirt with a graphic design on the front, shorts and athletic shoes.
Overnight Aug. 31/Sept. 1, someone broke the window of a pickup camper shell in the 2600 block of Blakesley Way. Nothing was taken.
Overnight Aug. 31/Sept. 1, someone punctured the tire of a vehicle parked in the 100 block of Pleasant Street. Another vehicle in the same block was vandalized in the same way the following night.
Sunday, Sept. 2
At 11 p.m. Sept. 2, a resident of the 1100 block of Fairfield Avenue heard his vehicle alarm go off. The resident didn't check his vehicle, as he thought he had accidentally hit his key fob and set off the alarm. The next morning he found that someone had forced entry into the car and stolen music CDs.
Between 11:45 p.m. Sept. 2 and 1:45 a.m. Sept. 3, someone smashed the window of a car parked in the 1100 block of Orlando Avenue and stole a purse with cash and bank cards, and two iPhones. The burglar tried to use the victim's bank card at a nearby gas station.
Overnight Sept. 2-3, someone broke the windows of a car parked in a hotel parking lot in the 10000 block of Fairway Drive, and took three suitcases full of clothing, jewelry and other valuable items.
Monday, Sept. 3
Between 8:30-9:30 a.m. on Sept. 3, a couple parked their car on Orvietto Drive and Nunzia Court and went for a walk on the trail. While they were gone, someone smashed their car window and stole a woman's purse that had been concealed under a car seat. Her credit cards were soon used at local businesses.
