The community is welcome to watch as the fittest people in northern California compete for the grand prize and bragging rights at the fairgrounds in Roseville.

Roseville Police Chief Daniel Hahn, alongside 100 other teams from all over the state will converge on Feb. 11 and 12 for the annual CrossFit SacTown Throwdown. The throwdown is a competition testing skill level, perseverance, and mental grit through a series of athletic challenges.
The event has out-grown its last venue and has relocated to the fairgrounds this year, allowing the community to see the fittest people in northern California compete for the grand prize and bragging rights. Proceeds from the event help support the ’s, or RPAL, programming.
There will be food and drinks, including a beer garden, where you can re-fuel after watching all that hard work. This is a family friendly (and encouraged) event, and you need not do any push-ups to prepare.
Tickets purchased are good for both days. Ticket prices are $30 purchased in advance; $35 at the gate. To purchase tickets now or read more about the event, head over to the SacTown Throwdown website here.
