This Sunday is Easter, and if you haven’t made plans for Easter brunch yet, here is a list of some restaurants that will be offering brunch.
–Paul Martin’s will be offering its regular brunch menu, which includes omelets, French toast, eggs Benedict, mushroom burgers and club sandwiches. Reservations are required.
Hawks (Granite Bay) – Will be offering a special four-course brunch menu for Easter. Items offered include pastries with honey butter, asparagus and grilled artichoke salad, slow roasted salmon, goat cheese and asparagus quiche and slow roasted short rib and potato rosti. The cost is $40 per guest with a choice of entrée and does not include drinks. Reservations are required.

– Will be offering a special a la cart brunch menu for Easter. Some menu items include quiche, crepes, eggs Florentine, American breakfast, omelets, salads, escargot, salmon salad, crab Louie, grilled lamb sirloin and prime rib. Reservations are recommended.
