The Friends of the Roseville Public Library will host local author Rosemary Dukelow who will discuss her new book "At the Crossroads: One Woman's Solo World Tour". The book is now available. The author is Northern California native who is an avid sailor and traveler. She has crewed on yachts in Spain and Greece besides the cruises featured in her book.
