We need goal and results oriented people who enjoy business development. Associates develop an on-going referral network of career counselors, outplacement consultants, attorneys, accountants, financial planners, bankers and others who have Clients seeking business ownership.
The successful FranNet Associate is comfortable making
presentations to large and small groups, and is at ease working one-on-one with Clients, guiding them through the process of identifying business goals, business preferences and capital available for investment in a franchise opportunity. The Associate suggests several franchises that will meet the Client’s goals. Finally, the Associate coaches the Client in the FranNet Four Step Research process.
The Associate is an independent contractor, they need to be self-motivated & have the financial strength to be self sufficient while they build their business. Compensation is based on matching Clients to franchisors. Associates function like an Executive Recruiter and are paid a commission when the Client finds the right franchise and becomes a small business owner.
