The Friends of the Roseville Public Library will host mystery writer Cara Black as a guest author on April 11. The free event will be at held at the Maidu Library and begins at 6:00 pm. Black is on tour promoting her newest Amiée Leduc mystery-- her 13th novel Murder Below Montparnasse. She will talk about meeting the art police in Paris. During her research she also spoke with Interpol in Lyon several times which gave her new avenues to explore in stolen European art. Barnes & Nobel will be selling her books that evening.
