Lilliput Children's Services Fundraiser - Derby Day 2012: Hats On for the Kids

This year’s second annual event is being held on Saturday, May 5th, 2012 at Mulvaney’s B&L in conjunction with the Kentucky Derby.  Tickets are only $45 and include food, 2 drink tickets, and free valet parking. It's a great deal!  There will be big screen TVs for live viewing of the 138th Kentucky Derby, lots of tasty treats from Mulvaney's wonderful kitchen, and awesome raffle prizes.  With support from our community we are able to continue offering the services that are so critical to foster children in our region.

Founded in 1980, Lilliput works with children and families who have been touched by foster care, adoption and kinship care.  Our mission is to ensure a child’s opportunity for permanence in a safe and nurturing family. Throughout
California, Lilliput is striving to ensure that when children enter foster care they do not languish there, an all-too-often scenario for foster youth.  Lilliput has several core services -- all designed with the purpose of improving the lives of our state’s most vulnerable children by ensuring they are part of a safe, nurturing and committed family.  By supporting Derby Day, you will directly help the foster youth of Sacramento County and throughout the state.
