Welcome Participants to Rio Ramaza Event Park and Campgrounds situated on 20 + acres located on the Sacramento River at 10000 Garden Hwy. in Sacramento CA, 95837. Rio Ramaza hosts a number of special events, shows and festivals during the months of Spring, Summer and Fall. Showmasters produces and co-produces seven of these shows. To kick off the season of events Showmasters is proud to produce the Special Events Showcase and FunFest Expo scheduled for June 29th and 30th. The capacity for Rio Ramaza is 12,000 and we expect to draw approximately 7,000-9,000+ over the two day event. We have a special VIP preview invite to multiple Chambers, Visitors Bureaus, Businesses, Clubs, Organizations and Associations on Friday June 29th, 11AM – 7PM followed by the Big FunFest Saturday June 30th, 11AM – 7PM. Marketing will include Radio, Television, Internet, News papers, Direct mail, Flyer/Poster distribution & PSA's
Showmasters is offering vendor booth space and sponsorship opportunities at all of our shows. (Please see sponsorship opportunities form and vendor booth application enclosed.)

The anticipated draw will range from 7,000 - 20,000 attendants over 2 - 3 day periods. Each event will feature music, bands, DJs, entertainers, fun zone games & attractions for all ages, food and beverage vendors, arts and crafts, artisans, multicultural activities and performances. A percentage of the proceeds will be donated back to a charity, cause or needs of the local community. Showmasters is an active partner in helping to support the needs of our communities in the greater Sacramento area. Starting with the Special Events Showcase and FunFest Expo Showmasters will donate a percentage of the proceeds back to benefit our local school programs that need our support.
