To foster community bonding in the neighborhood, The Umpqua Bank ice cream truck will be visiting Roseville this month to dispense free ice cream! Blue Oaks Elementary School had a walk-a-thon to raise money for the childrens miracle network, and Umpqua's ice cream truck will be visiting the class who raised the most money.
